MidSouth Crawlspace Solutions is looking for a Sales Professional to join our ever-growing team! At Midsouth we sell and install products to fix and protect homes that experience structural damage, foundation cracks, excess humidity and mold, sunken concrete, and other issues that keep homeowners up at night. We have over 30 years of combined experience making local homes safe and comfortable. Don’t have experience or training in sales or construction? Don’t worry, we can train you to do this role with excellence!
Before we move on to what you’ll do, let’s talk about what we’ll do for you. As a sales professional for Midsouth, you’ll be handsomely awarded on a commission basis for your hard work. Our sales professionals can easily earn $100,000 per year. You won’t have to cold call – we’ll provide you with warm leads from customers who want our services, and we’ll even book these appointments for you. You’ll drive a company car that comes with a gas card. You’ll be trained to utilize an educational sales approach – not a pushy one! – and with our state-of-the-art software, you’ll be able to provide a proposal on the spot in most every case. You’ll be proud about the experience you offer to customers. But the benefits don’t stop there. We’ll pay 50% of your health insurance plus dental and vision. Job Duties
Sell Company Solutions
- Drive to customers’ homes on pre-scheduled appointments.
- Build professional rapport with customer and determines their desired outcomes.
- Carefully examine the customer’s home to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues.
- Provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues.
- Completes the sale with the customer.
- Follow up with the customer as needed.
- Meet or exceed your sales goals.
Training & Development
- Attend the weekly sales meeting and other informational meetings.
- Participate in ride-alongs, where the sales manager or other peer watch/coach you or you watch/coach them.
- Practice our sales approach and follow it every time.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of sales a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of construction a plus, but not required.
- Ability to operate a personal computer/tablet and programs.
- Ability to understand, speak, read and write in English.
- Ability to comfortably present to others.
- Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level and in crawl spaces.
- A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
