Since our encapsulation in 2019, this crawlspace has been doing well and serving its purpose. Yearly, we recommend an Annual Maintenance to extend and maintain the life of the product. Brian performed this Annual Maintenance and completed the service checklist. This includes, cleaning out the sump pump, make sure the crawlspace doors seal airtight, look for and fix tears in liner, check that all fittings are tight, visually inspect each facet of the encapsulation to make sure it's working properly. The homeowner had no mold, no musty smells, and no concerns.
