Crawlspace Encapsulation in Hammond, LA

Crawlspace moisture had been a never-ending problem for this homeowner and we unfortunately weren't his first solution. After seeing some buckling in their floors, they tried to fix the problem by replacing all the moist insulation and having fans placed in their crawlspace. Regardless of how many fans and how much airflow was under their home, leaving it opened and exposed to outside humidity was going to keep causing him issues. Luckily, we were able to introduce them to a real fix, the Crawlspace Encapsulation system. We sealed off their crawlspace and installed one of our thick, quality CleanSpace liners on the ground and walls of the crawlspace to block out moisture. Along with the liner, we also installed a sump pump system and a dehumidifier to handle water intrusion and humidity. All combined, the encapsulation system will finally bring an end to his moisture troubles, rather than a temporary fix.
