This homeowner wanted to prepare to remodel his home, but he had one frustrating mystery to figure out first. His floors were becoming softer and weaker, and he wasn't exactly sure why. After sending out one of our design specialist, we discovered plenty of moisture and standing water under the home. All the moisture and humidity was causing the subfloors to rot. They have been beyond repair at this point and would need replacing, but our company was happy to help him prevent this from happening again. After sealing off the crawlspace and laying down our durable 20-mil liner, we installed a sump pump in the lowest part of the crawlspace. When water flows under the home, it will find itself into this sump pump, and be drained from the underside of the home. To deal with the excess moisture, a crawlspace dehumidifier was installed. Highly efficient, this dehu will constantly keep the space at a safe humidity level. After his remodel, we hope our customer can enjoy his fresh and protected home.

This customer came to us requesting help with a cracking and sinking pool deck. While cracking concrete is a common problem, it can lead to other worse problems if left untaken care of. In this case, water continuously used the cracks to find a way underneath the deck. Overtime, the water erosion taking place under the deck brought about the unfortunate settlement. Before things got even worse, we were able to come out and take care of both problems. We leveled the pool deck back up using PolyFoam. This expanding foam can quickly and safely be pumped under concrete surfaces, where it will expand and fill in any gaps left by erosion. To prevent further erosion, we used NexusPro, a high quality and UV-resistant sealant. We are happy that we were able to not only bring this pool deck back to its original level, but also leave it safer than ever.

This elderly homeowner could tell something was wrong with their conventional foundation home. In some areas her floors were buckling and in other the floors felt soft and spongey.
