Our professional crews have helped save many driveways, sidewalks, and home slabs, but even concrete around bodies of water, such as a pool slab, can be restored by us! Here, we were able to eliminate a tripping hazard that regularly annoyed the homeowners, and seal up a crack that allowed more water under the slab. We have an older raised foundation home that had foundation problems when we bought it. It hasn't really been an issue until lately. We are out of town a good bit and realized yesterday that what had been a small crack in our ceiling is now a crack that goes across our entire bedroom and down the wall. The crack is in the spot where the previous owners added on to the house. There is also an issue with our living room floor. The floor on the side of our bedroom seems to be sagging. I just need someone who knows how to work on raised foundation homes to come look and see what needs to be done. Thanks so much!

We have a raised foundation. One of the sets of concrete blocks is vertically cracked with visible sagging of the joists. There is inside evidence of foundation problems (scrawling cracks from the corners of some door jambs, separation at floors/ceilings, disparate separation and tilting of logs in some of the walls). The floors need repair/replacement but floor work must wait until the foundation is corrected or the floor projects will ultimately fail.
