Each year one of our service technicians return to this home to make sure moisture still isn't causing them concerned, and we are happy that our system has served them well since 2021! We were originally called out to come take care of water found in the crawlspace, and we came prepared with the perfect solution. The Crawlspace Dehumidifier has been keeping the underside of this home at a nice humidity percentage that doesn't allow mold to thrive. The CleanSpace Liner it is placed on actually lines the ground and partially the walls/supports of this entire crawlspace. It blocks out moisture and helps guide it to one of our powerful sump pumps. The pipe connected to this pump is visible in the image as well. It leads out and away from the crawlspace, sending the moisture to a spot that won't affect the home. We are very glad this homeowner decided to trust us and let us play a part in keeping her home safe for many years to come.
