Customer Service Specialist/ Logistics

Hours:

While training, this position will be in the office Monday -Friday 8:00-5:00. After training (about 2 weeks), this position will work from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. You will have a 1-hour break from 3:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.

MidSouth Crawl Space Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to serve on our team of Customer Service Representatives. This individual must possess: strong organizational, customer service and time management skills; high attention to and accuracy in detail; basic to proficient computer skills; the ability to troubleshoot; and excellent verbal communication skills. This individual must also be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers on the phone, both for inbound informational/troubleshooting calls, and outbound sales calls to schedule sales appointments or annual maintenance appointments.
