This homeowner reached out to us with their main concern being mold in their crawlspace. Once we sent one of our design specialists out to lay their eyes one it, the cause was instantly obvious: Moisture and humidity. The moisture had left their insulation soaked and dripping water, creating a perfect wet, warm environment for mold to grow. In order to combat this, we'll remove that soaked insulation and install our Crawlspace Encapsulation System, drying out the underside of the home and making sure mold cannot thrive. Sealing off the crawlspace and putting in a crawlspace dehumidifier will take care of the humidity, while our CleanSpace Liner and perimeter drainage system will handle any other form of water seepage. The result is a clean, dry space that will leave no worry of mold growth.
