The homeowners originally reached out to us about high levels of moisture under their home, and wanting this to be their forever home, they knew they needed a good level of protection. The white liner you see covering the floor of the crawl space is our CleanSpace Liner, this helps seal off the underside of the home from the outside air and block out water seepage. For moisture that comes in the form of humidity, our energy-efficient dehumidifier is there to constantly maintain a safe level of humidity and keep the crawl space in a state where mold cannot thrive. Any water under the liner, that seeps in, or is collected by the dehumidifier, is drawn in by our sump pump system. This comes with a powerful pump, and even a battery back-up pump, so no matter the conditions, it will be ready to send water away from the home.
