Mkiyah Shannon

Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Mkiyah is a customer care specialist at Midsouth. She answers calls, schedule appointments, and helps guide customers through the process. With a strong background in customer service, she focuses on making sure each customer feels informed and supported from start to finish. 

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods and spending time with family. She is grateful to be part of a team that values growth and excellence service.
