Josh Quick grew up in the Monterey community and started his business, MidSouth Crawlspace Solutions, in Florence. As it has grown consistently and rapidly to a $7.5 million company, he decided to move the location to the more visible building at 2404 Highway 49.

With fifty employees and a strong company culture and customer service commitment, MidSouth Crawlspace Solutions has been preserving and protecting homes since 2018 with services like slab and conventional foundation repair, crawlspace encapsulation and repair, mold treatment, concrete repair and leveling, basement waterproofing, foundation wood repair, and more. His market area is the bottom two thirds of Mississippi and all of Louisiana.

“We are the ‘All Things Crawl Spacey’ company,” said Quick, 44. “My superpower is that I am a visionary. We should reach $12 million in sales this year and close to $30 million in four years, in time for our tenth anniversary.”

Quick bases the company’s growth on the values of delivering excellence, taking responsibility, and continual growth. He is also quick to give God as the reason for his success. He said he had a wake-up call in 2011 working in the oil fields of North Dakota. Not having another job to come to, he resigned and moved back to Mississippi, trusting God’s promise of “if you’ll stop, I’ll put a rock under your foot.” Blind obedience and tithing are what he said set him up for success.

“The thing I love most about serving the Florence community is the people,” said Quick. “I love how everyone knows everyone and their family and what schools and church they go to.”

“MidSouth Crawlspace Solutions help preserve the small-town charm by literally preserving the homes here and protecting people’s biggest investments,” said Quick. “I love being able to recognize homes that we have helped and know who lives there. It’s a great feeling to be able to give back to people that you know.”
