Drastic Patio Cracking in Madison, MS

We went out to this home in Madison, MS to do a free estimate for concrete patio repair, and discovered a crack much larger than the ones we typically come across. This large crack, that you could almost call a canyon, had split across the entire small patio, creating a separation and allowing most of the patio to fall away. Regardless, our talented teams were up to the challenge. Our design specialist created a plan and written estimate, which this homeowner agreed to and decided to let us work our magic. One of our concrete crews, led by foreman Brian, went out and used two of our solutions, NexusPro and PolyLevel to tackle this large problem. The PolyLevel is an expanding foam that allows us to fill any voids under the slab and raise it back up to original level. To deal with the actual crack, we filled it with NexusPro, a high quality, weather-resistant sealant that will prevent water from getting under the slab and washing out anymore soil. Check out the final result! The slab is flat, level, and smooth, ready for everyday use without the fear of tripping hazards!
