This raised home near was having a multitude moisture and humidity issues. They were so bad it was affecting the floors on the inside of the home. When faced with the decision to replace their floors for a third time, they knew there had to be another solution. After reading some information from our crawlspace science book, they gave us a call. Corey Becker performed the inspection and found our products would be a great fit for the issues these homeowners were dealing with. We would remove the plastic sheet laying on the ground and replace it with our 20 mil CleanSpace liner. We also install a sump pump in the lowest spot on the ground and tie a dehumidifier in with it to control the humidity. Drying out the crawlspace this way will eliminate the moisture and keep the floors dry and protected so they won't need replacing again!
This home was experiencing mold and high humidity in the crawl space causing musty smells and buckling floors. Corey Becker performed the inspection under their home and found our solution would be a great fit for their needs.
