This image displays one of our sump pumps installed in a customer's home who dealt with regular moisture and water intrusion issues. The Sump is strategically placed in the lowest point of the crawlspace where water is most likely to head towards. Underneath our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, drainage matting helps guide ground moisture to the sump, while water that may leak in from the walls is collected and guided to the sump by our perimeter drainage system. To prevent failure, the sump even includes a battery-powered back-up pump, in the case of heavy storms and power outages. This customer is safely covered against all cases of water intrusion!

After several attempts and various different methods, this homeowner could still not find a permanent way to combat the moisture finding its way into his crawlspace. The problems he was trying to get rid of were slowly getting worse and he needed to figure out what to do, quick. Placing fans under homes or increasing the number of vents leading to the crawlspace have been thought by many to be good solutions, but they usually escalate and further aggravate the issues. The concrete sidewalk on the side of this home had dropped a considerable amount over the years and had started to pose a serious tripping hazard for the homeowners. They reached out to us, hoping we could offer a solution before anyone ended up getting hurt. With PolyLevel, we'll be able to restore the sidewalk back to it's original position and completely remove that hazard. Voids under the concrete are causing the sinking, and PolyLevel is what we will use to fill them. The foam very quickly begins it's expansion, completely filling up the empty space and even strengthening the surrounding soil. Within a very short period, this sidewalk will be able to continue doing it's job properly and it can be used without fear of tripping.
