Here are two photos showcasing the major difference our concrete crew was able to make on this slab. Erosion under the slab allowed it to sink a considerable amount, creating a large tripping hazard for the homeowners right at their garage. Fortunately, we came prepared with the solution. Using our PolyLevel system, we were able to inject an expanding and supporting foam underneath, and fill in the void that was left by moisture. Not only was the slab raised back up to level, we also used our NexusPro Concrete Sealant to close up the cracks and prevent more moisture from finding its way through. This driveway is safer than ever, great job to our team!
This homeowner in Brandon, Mississippi noticed unsightly cracks and settlement in their driveway, compromising its functionality and appearance. You can see how the driveway was uneven and sinking in the before photo. That was when Midsouth Crawlspace Solutions came into play. We applied the PolyLevel system, injecting high-strength polyurethane foam to stabilize and lift the concrete slab precisely back into place. Following that, we sealed the cracks with NexusPro, keeping water out and ensuring durability against harsh weather changes. The after photo showcases our concrete crew's hard work and that the driveway is now leveled and secured. Great job to Brian and his crew!
In Hattiesburg, MS, the concrete repair project involves a homeowner troubled by a long crack stretching across their pool patio, caused by water infiltration weakening the underlying soil. As you can see in the before photo, this issue jeopardized both aesthetics and structural integrity. Our team at Midsouth Crawlspace Solutions installed the advanced NexusPro® Joint Sealant to effectively seal these cracks. As revealed in the after photo, NexusPro enhances durability by resisting UV rays and extreme weather, maintaining a solid bond and appearance for lasting protection and performance.
This home's crawlspace was filled with moisture, causing the oak floors to buckle. This was a father calling our company and trusting us to complete the work on his daughter's home.
We encapsulated the space and made it so the crawlspace would dry out in hopes of the floors settling back down. Either way, this won't happen again with our system in place and will maintain a clean environment from here on out.
Crawl Space moisture had been a problem for these homeowners for many years. They previously tried taking care of the problem with a basic vapor barrier, but the results they were promised never came to be. The liner started pulling up from the floor, breaking apart in some areas, and still let moisture come through and affect the floors. They once again tried to find a solution, but this time reached out to us at Midsouth Crawl Space Solutions. Fortunately for them, we have the liner that'll do exactly what they were promised years ago. In the pictures, you can see our CleanSpace Liner, a much thicker and more durable liner that is installed firmly against the ground, walls, and supports of the crawl space. Ground water and seepage of any kind is blocked and directed to a sump pump, also now found in this crawl space. We're very happy with the work our team was able to put together, and even happier to know that these homeowners finally can get some relief from this long-lasting issue.
