Testimonials for MidSouth Crawlspace Solutions

One thing that impressed me from the get go was the communication between y'all and myself. I felt like it was very open and honest. I could ask whatever questions. If I called there was somebody that could answer my question and if they couldn't they got back to me right away or if it wasn't the right person or whatever and that carried thru not just from Amanda but thru John and Tristan and the whole process. I have to say that's something you don't find every day anymore. So I was very impressed with that. Y'all's follow thru at every step was amazing. I never felt like ‘"oh we got the sale - we don't have to do anything else, we’re done" There was great follow thru. Like today, Faith called me to find out if everything went okay. Kannon, who came out to inspect afterwards, he text to ask if he could come and text when he was here. He looked at everything. I have to say I have not experienced such customer service of that level very often. So I was very happy.

MidSouth Crew was very professional! They arrived on time and worked all day! Cleaned the area when they left. They answered any and all questions. Would highly recommend them. I can't say enough about the crew. They were so good. I couldn't believe they worked constantly in this heat. Thanks for your professionalism.

Will was very thorough, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job.

Job well done! With the photos you sent me, I will start referring people. The guys did an awesome job under adverse conditions. They were very professional as well as clean. They kept the job site very clean!

Corey did an excellent job. He was thorough, thoughtful, compassionate and explained everything in great detail. I couldn't have asked for a better person.

The Midsouth crew that came to my house was absolutely fabulous and professional. Mike was ALL BUSINESS and there is no lolly-gagging around on his watch. I've been in the food business for years and own a restaurant so I know it's all about customer service. MidSouth scored a 100% in that arena.

As usual your man was on time, ready to work, covered all bases and we were done. Polite young man. Very satisfied.

The young man that came out to do my Annual Maintenance was very nice and polite. He did a good job and I enjoyed talking to him.

Thank you for all your help, love my encapsulation!! I don't smell that musty smell like before.

I have been very pleased with the encapsulation - that Mid-South Crawl Space installed last July. I have noticed a reduction in my electric bill and it has done wonders controlling the humidity. The team did an excellent job & where a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

I want to say you guys are the most professional and prompt team I've ever met. Thanks for your service!

MidSouth Crawlspace encapsulated my Crawlspace, they were very professional and let me know everything they were doing! No more smell! Great Job guys! Thank you!

As you probably know, David Browning came today in LJ's place. Very good visit, he took care of everything AOK 👍👍👍5 ⭐ Stars

I have been pleased with the outcome of my crawl space. I had a standby generator installed last year and the person running the wiring under the house commented it was the cleanest crawl space he had ever seen and ya'll had done a very neat job on the installation.

They just did my crawlspace. I highly recommend them. They did a great job!
