Cracks and unsealed joints on this driveway left openings for moisture to seep in underneath and cause problems. In this case it was caught before it got too bad, but if left like this for an extended period of time, erosion under the slab could leave large voids that lead to larger issues. To prevent problems like settlement, we use our high-quality concrete sealant, NexusPro, to created a long lasting barrier against moisture, UV, and other rough weather conditions.
