This homeowner in Raymond, MS began noticing soft, uneven areas in their floors and discovered that excessive moisture in their unprotected crawl space was the cause. Solution

After a full inspection, Scottie determined the source of the moisture issues and created a detailed plan to save these floors. They loved the idea and decided to move forward with us. We sent one of our crews out, led by foreman Brandon, and installed a complete crawl space encapsulation system tailored to the home’s needs. This included a heavy-duty vapor barrier sealed across the entire crawl space, vent and penetration sealing to block humid outside air, and a high-efficiency dehumidifier and sump pump to control humidity and intrusion year-round. The encapsulation created a clean, dry, and protected environment beneath the home, halting further wood rot and preventing mold growth.
