To address these concerns, Mike and his crew completed a heavy crawlspace cleanout, installed six SmartJack supports in key areas of the home and performed a full crawlspace encapsulation with MoldX2 treatment. The added support helps address the affected flooring areas, while encapsulation is designed to control moisture and create a cleaner, more protected crawlspace environment.
With the work completed, the homeowners can have greater peace of mind knowing their crawlspace has improved support and added protection against ongoing moisture concerns.
