Before Photo 1
This image gives a good look into the mess the underside of the home had become. On top of the old liner, you'll notice wet spots, mud, and some areas that are no longer covered.

Before Photo 2
This before photo shows one of the mentioned pools of water, allowing this to just sit there was likely contributing greatly to the overall moisture problem.

Before Photo 3
Upon closer look you can see the damage and tears to this liner, any bit of exposed area can still allow moisture to do its thing.

Before Photo 4
You can see plenty of sunlight in this image, showcasing just how exposed the space is. Plenty of outside air and humidity has been constantly making its way in and cycling through the underside of this home.

After Photo 1
Taken in the same exact spot as our first before photo, you can see the outstanding difference made in this after photo. This fresh, new CleanSpace Liner has taken the place of the old one and offered even more coverage and protection.

After Photo 2
The space has been completely sealed, not a bit of sunlight comes through, and neither does the rough outdoor humidity. Elsewhere in the crawl space, is our dehumidifier, conditioning this now enclosed space and keeping it at a safe humidity level.

After Photo 3
Underneath the CleanSpace Liner is our drainage matting, a material shaped in a way that helps guide ground moisture toward our Sump Pump system, which you can get a closer look at in the next photo.

After Photo 4
Two extremely vital parts of our Encapsulation System - The TripleSafe Sump and our dehumidifier. The sump is backed up by two additional pumps, one for heavier rains/leaks, and another that is battery powered, for cases of power outages. The dehumidifier is constantly working to condition the space, keeping humidity at levels that won't allow mold to thrive, or damage to be done to the underside of the floors.
