One thing that impressed me from the get go was the communication between y'all and myself. I felt like it was very open and honest. I could ask whatever questions. If I called there was somebody that could answer my question and if they couldn't they got back to me right away or if it wasn't the right person or whatever and that carried thru not just from Amanda but thru John and Tristan and the whole process. I have to say that's something you don't find every day anymore. So I was very impressed with that. Y'all's follow thru at every step was amazing. I never felt like ‘"oh we got the sale - we don't have to do anything else, we’re done" There was great follow thru. Like today, Faith called me to find out if everything went okay. Kannon, who came out to inspect afterwards, he text to ask if he could come and text when he was here. He looked at everything. I have to say I have not experienced such customer service of that level very often. So I was very happy.
