Mold Problems Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Raymond, MS gave us a call because her home was experiencing sagging floors. Melissa performed a very detailed inspection, finding moisture and significant mold issues.

Because the moisture was so bad, they were having heavy mold issues; to the point that they had several beams and joists rotting. They had the woodwork repaired before our guys came to install the encapsulation. Once this was taken care of, our team was able to treat the mold and protect the new and remaining joists from moisture issues in the future by installed a waterproofing system. Mike and his crew completed the job and got a great review. 

These homeowners reached out to us when they noticed some sagging and soft spots in their floors, but they had no idea how bad it had actually gotten under their home! Moisture and mold has made a mess of their crawl space, and it had a rough affect on the underside of their floors. The subfloor was moist and rotting, and several large holes had formed. To protect their current and future floors, something had to be done about the damage underneath. Fortunately, we were able to get our wood repair crew out to skillfully replace all the rotten and outdated subfloors. While this already makes a massive difference, we were also able to future-proof these new subfloors with our SmartJack and Encapsulation system! The SmartJacks will permanently add additional support for the floors, while the encapsulation system will act as a barrier against all the forms of moisture that started these issues in the first place. This home has never been in safer condition! Great job to each of our hard-working crews.

Years of moisture, mold, and rot had taken a serious affect on the subflooring and the rest of the underside of this home. The floors felt weak, creaky, and really just unsafe in some spots. They served the home well for a long time, but it was clearly time to replace these old subfloors. And that is exactly what our wood repair crew did! As you can see in the after image, a fresh new set has been installed in this room, and things feel much more safe and secure. Great job team!

Here are a few images from one of our recent subfloor replacements in Jackson, MS! They had been dealing with weak and sagging floors for many years now and we're ready to feel more secure in their home. We don't want these new floors to rot like the old ones, so we will also be going out soon to put in our encapsulation system. This will prevent moisture damage from its many different forms, intrusion, seepage, humidity and more. These fresh subfloors will be extremely protected against having to make repairs like this again!

Michael's crew cleaned and dried out this Ridgeland crawlspace before encapsulating it and installing a waterproofing system to permanently keep water and moisture out. We also treated the mold with our Mold-X2 and the results are awesome! Check out the wood on the far right side.
