This home was dealing with soft spots and sinking in multiple spots of their floors. Walking through the home was like walking through a mine-field of squeaks and creaks, it was obvious that the floors needed some support. We sent one of our design specialists to inspect and create a plan for their home. Our system of SmartJacks, was exactly what the underside of this home needed. As seen in the provided image, we have already sent one of our in-house crews to install the SmartJacks that will permanently stand strong and support the floors. If needed, they can even be readjusted to fit the home/foundation's needs! 

Located in Morton, MS, this slab foundation home was experiencing indoor and outdoor cracks. The back door was also having issues opening and closing, indicating foundation settling. Corey Becker was able to draw up a custom solution to remedy their foundation issues with our piering system. We install piers in the ground where the home is sinking to stabilize it. In many cases, we can close the cracks by lifting these low spots. This also helps level out the home so doors and windows will easily close into place, eliminating the hassle of forcing things open and shut. 

This young couple in Morton gave us a call due to water intrusion in their basement. They believed the water was seeping in from the crawlspace. Having a basement in Mississippi is rare and they wanted to utilize the space. Unfortunately, they were unaware of the leak before purchasing the home and are now left to figure it out. Luckily, we specialize in waterproofing basements and crawlspaces and have great solutions!

For basements, we install a WaterGuard system under the concrete to catch leaks from the walls and ground. This system allows water to flow in a controlled pipe towards the sump pump that will remove it from the basement. Our encapsulation system also utilizes a pump and would rid the crawlspace of excess moisture as well. With both of these solutions working in tandem, this basement can be free of water intrusion and renovated into usable space!

This Morton resident gave us a call due to finding standing water in her crawlspace. Melissa performed the inspection and found heavy moisture inside the wooden joists using a moisture reading tool. Typically, the reading should be anywhere from 10-15%. Anything above 15% is considered high and could be a breeding ground for mold. We offer an efficient and exclusive mold treatment spray that works really well. This would be the first issue we would treat before providing any waterproofing solutions. However, we do recommend both. Having just a mold spray is a temporary fix. The mold will always come back if the root of the problem is left defenseless. Our encapsulation system helps prevent moisture from entering and building up in the crawlspace, alleviating all forms of moisture!
