The first image shows our crew's first look inside this crawlspace. There was a lot of work to do! After that old liner was pulled up and a clean-up was done, we were able to get our durable, Cleanspace Liner down. In the second image, you can see an image our crew took inside the finished crawlspace! 

When installing our encapsulation system, we always install a sump pump in the ground. The pump will fill up to a certain level and the system is designed to automatically send it through the smart pipe, down the flow guard, and out through the pop-up outlet located away from the house. Our crew is dedicated to keeping your yard looking undisturbed! 

Check out the striking difference our CleanSpace Liner makes on the underside of this home. Our team has it lined on the floor, walls, and up the supports of the crawl space, and while it does make it look pretty, that is not its main purpose. This durable liner is blocking out ground moisture and humidity, keeping the area dry and safe from moisture damage. The water that is prevented from entering the crawl space is directed towards out sump pump with the help of drainage matting, and is sent away from the home. This client gave us a call so that we could help her preserve her parents home. They had tried doing everything they could to fix the rippling floors and moldy smell. They had a vapor barrier installed by another company, but after months the issue still remains. As you can see the problem was not fixed. Standing water, mold, and exposed groud were causing issues to build up. This is where we came in to help. We started with a mold spray to kill the excessive mold, then fully encapusulated her crawlspace, installed a sump pump, and a dehumidifer to help the floors and keep future mold from growing. 

We encapsulated this home for a customer that had lost their parents in the last few years. This home was where they grew up so when they started noticing issues with the floors buckling they called us. We were able to come in, encapsulated the home and help their floors lay back down. This customer knew that MidSouth would be able to take care of the problem while also taking care of the home that meant so much to their family.
