This homeowner reached out to us with a multitude of problems in his driveway. Plenty of cracks, some settlement, and a lot off discoloration. Luckily, we came prepared with solutions for each of these issues! The cracks were sealed with our durable and quality crack sealant, NexusPro! The sealant is flexible and weather resistant, so when rough storms and UV beat down on this driveway, it'll hold strong. The sunken portions were a result of voids formed under the slab by erosion, discovered by the design specialist we originally sent out. These voids were taken care of by our PolyLevel system, which involves filling in each gap with our expanding PolyFoam. This closes the voids and strengthens the surrounding soil. Lastly, for a clean look and layer of protection, our concrete crew used our DecoShield on the surface of the driveway. That checks everything off this homeowner's list of problems!

The moist, exposed dirt under this home in Greenburg, LA has now been covered by our durable CleanSpace Liner, blocking out harmful ground moisture. Unseen in the images are also our SmartJacks, which are compatible and work great with our CleanSpace liner. The jacks are installed to help keep the already damaged-by-moisture joists sturdy. 

It can be easy to let the underside of your home become a muddy mess, similar to this one, just because of it mostly being out of sight. But checking up on your crawl space is worth it, it may be scary under there, but not scarier than the dangers crawl space moisture can bring. This homeowner was in the process of moving and needing to sell their home. Their inspection found that the wood joists under the house were not rotted, but holding moisture that could lead to rot down the road. In order to sell the home, they had to get this taken care of. Henry Bennett, one of our Design Specialists, went out and did his own inspection. We found that his wooden joists were in fact reading above the normal range. Our production crew came in and laid down a vapor barrier so that the home would stay in great condition from here on out. Preventative measures are so important and save you money in the long run.
