Moisture and mold were growing in this homeowner's crawlspace. When she found the insulation was holding water right up under her floors, she knew she had to do something. Corey Becker inspected the crawlspace and was able to provide a solution for her home. We removed the soaked insulation and sealed off the crawlspace. Then we installed our 20 mil CleanSpace liner, sump pump, and dehumidifier to permanently and effectively protect the crawlspace from moisture intrusion, mold, and rot. 

The damp and dirty underside of this home had been causing the homeowner plenty of problems. Most notably, buckling floors throughout their home caused by the moisture. This before/after partly displays how we fixed that problem, it is hard to miss that bright and shiny CleanSpace Liner! This durable barrier is used to block out moisture seepage from the ground and lead it to sump pump. It works amazing with out crawlspace dehumidifier, which handles the humidity. We're proud of the transformation here!

Along with multiple areas in this homeowner's concrete walkway, we were able to take care of this unsightly gap in the steps leading up to their home. Thanks to our PolyLevel and NexusPro, the entrance to their home that is used every single day will be easier on the eyes and much safer.

While our main objective is to always safely stabilize homes and prevent further settlement, sometimes we are able to achieve some lift for our homeowners. As you can see here, we were able to seal this crack near the window quite a bit, making much less unsightly. This is a great bonus our team was able to achieve along with successfully stabilizing the home with our pier system!
