This homeowner began to notice varying voids around their home, including ones that were unfortunately formed underneath some concrete pads. As more moisture eroded more soil, the concrete began to crack, separate, and eventually sink. We come across this issue a lot, in driveways, sidewalks, patios, and more, but fortunately we are able to provide the best solution. To restore this slab, our concrete specialists brought the PolyLevel and NexusPro systems. PolyLevel involves using injected PolyFoam to fill up the voids, harden, and create a new support. By determining and using the exact amount needed, our concrete crew can bring the slab back up to original level. To prevent further erosion, gaps and cracks are filled in with NexusPro. This is high-quality crack sealant designed to continue acting as a shield against several problematic factors, such as harsh weather or UV rays. This slab has been restored and will hold strong for many years to come!
Take a look at the major difference our concrete crew was able to make on this driveway!v What once was an eyesore and hazard, is now back to being a stable section of the driveway. Voids under the slab is what originally caused this part to sink and crumble, but those have now been filled and supported with expanding foam, called PolyFoam. Once back in place, our team was able to go over any cracks and gaps in the driveway and seal them with NexusPro. This isn't your average crack sealant, NexusPro will hold strong against tough weather and harsh UV-rays, offering protection for years to come. Great job, Concrete Crew!
This home had a dirty crawlspace that caused issues all throughout the home. Unencapsulated crawlspaces can lead to a variety of moisture issues such as mold and mildew as well as buckling and cupping floors. We came in and fully encapsulated their crawlspace to make sure this home would stay nice and clean!
This homeowner's floor was damp and rolling because of moisture in the crawlspace. Our team was able to remove the wet insulation and encapsulate the crawlspace preventing further issues down the line. They had seven vents in the crawlspace that we closed off to keep the outside air from bringing moisture in. We also installed a SmartSump to keep the ground water from settling under the home.
This customer was referred to us by a friend. We were able to provide them with a free estimate, and completed their job shortly after. They were experiencing heavy mold and moisture problems. We cleaned out the crawlspace, installed a sump pump, waterproofing system, and dehumidifier.
