The cracking and shifting in this driveway was slowly spreading and getting worse. Not long ago the small crack wasn't a big deal, but now it had become quite noticeable, and in the near future it could have become a very expensive problem. Fortunately, we were called out in time to make sure this driveway wouldn't need any costly replacement. Using our PolyLevel System, featuring a rapidly expanding poly foam, we were able to fill in the voids underneath the slab and level out the two separated sections of the driveway. To take care of the cracks that were leaving openings for moisture, we used NexusPro. This is a durable sealant made to protect against harsh weather and UV-rays. Together, they make the perfect solution for this driveway, giving it many more years of life.

This basement was struggling with water intrusion, as most basements do. The homeowner gave us a call to see what we could do to rectify the situation. Our waterproofing system is installed under the concrete, on top of the footer. This way, it will catch all the water coming up from the ground before it breaks the surface, and will direct it into the Sump Pump we install in the lowest spot. We also covered the walls with our BrightWall plastic sheeting. Not only is it also waterproof and drains excess water right into our WaterGuard system, it brightens the dark basement and makes it a cleaner, happier looking space!

Here is one extremely impressive example of what one of our crews was able to do with our crawl space support systems. The floor that once had a complete sunken curve and walls pulling apart around it, is now as even as the rest of the home, with walls sitting tightly in place! Great job team!
