In Madison, MS, we were called to address an unprotected crawl space in need of serious attention. The before photo shows a typical scene of excess moisture—a concern that led to mold and potential structural issues. Using CleanSpace™ and Drainage Matting, we transformed this challenging area. Our CleanSpace™ liner, complemented by Drainage Matting, directs water efficiently and keeps the environment dry and stable, while offering enhanced durability. The after photo showcases a neat and protected crawl space, highlighting how we provide a durable solution that significantly minimizes moisture problems.

We went out to this home in Madison, MS to do a free estimate for concrete patio repair, and discovered a crack much larger than the ones we typically come across. This large crack, that you could almost call a canyon, had split across the entire small patio, creating a separation and allowing most of the patio to fall away. Regardless, our talented teams were up to the challenge. Our design specialist created a plan and written estimate, which this homeowner agreed to and decided to let us work our magic. One of our concrete crews, led by foreman Brian, went out and used two of our solutions, NexusPro and PolyLevel to tackle this large problem. The PolyLevel is an expanding foam that allows us to fill any voids under the slab and raise it back up to original level. To deal with the actual crack, we filled it with NexusPro, a high quality, weather-resistant sealant that will prevent water from getting under the slab and washing out anymore soil. Check out the final result! The slab is flat, level, and smooth, ready for everyday use without the fear of tripping hazards! The crawl space ground was wet and creating a humid and dangerous space, even the insulation was soaked and falling from the joists. Fortunately the encapsulation system acts as a sealed and regulated space, where the removed insulation will not even need to be replaced. This is done with the combination of several products, including the beautiful CleanSpace Liner you see separating the space from the wet ground. Along with our crawl space dehumidifier and sump pump system, the underside of the home is kept at the perfect humidity to prevent moisture damage and the mold that may come along with higher moisture contents. Being able to move throughout the crawl space without all the mess and insulation is also just an added bonus!
