Encapsulating a crawlspace while the home is being built is a great way to proactively protect your investment instead of waiting until something goes wrong. This contractor had personally used our company to encapsulate her home and was thrilled with the results. Knowing the value and encapsulation provides, she opted to work with us again for her clients. 

A buildup of moisture in his crawlspace prompted this customer to give our office a call. He was starting to see his floors buckle and found mold on the joists under his home. Melissa performed the inspection and built a custom solution for his home. The crawlspace was a little low sitting right at 14-18" but we still managed to get the work done. 

We cleaned out the loose debris and installed our encapsulation system. The home was around 1,500 square feet so this job took about 2 days to complete. Most of our jobs are well under 3 days worth of work and our crews are meticulous about keeping your home clean during the install!

This homeowner reached out to us to come look at some lengthy cracks on a stretch of concrete leading up to their door. This cracked slab looks similar to many others we have seen that eventually settled and became a much more stressful fix. These exposed cracks leave entrances for moisture to slip under the slab and erode soil, creating dangerous voids. Enough of this empty space usually leads to settlement! Fortunately, they reached out to us before it got to that point, and we were able to go ahead and take care of those cracks with out NexusPro system. NexusPro is a high quality crack sealant with some great qualities, such as being UV-resistant and very flexible. This means as the temperature changes and harsh weather comes in, it'll stand strong as a shield against erosion and further damage.

Everywhere you looked in this crawlspace, puddles of muddy water could be found. Letting this water just sit here would mean a HIGH risk of this crawlspace and the rest of the home being affected by moisture damage. From now on, water that finds its way into this crawlspace will be led outside and away from the crawlspace, thanks to our crawlspace sump pump. This works together with our drainage matting, which is placed under the white CleanSpace Vapor Barrier you see placed all along the crawlspace.

This old commercial building in Ocean Springs, MS, was suffering from the results of crawl space moisture, something that can unfortunately cause problems in any home or building that is raised off the ground.
