The underside of this home was far too humid and it was obvious that if left alone, moisture damage was soon to come. In order to help prevent this, our team was sent out to design and install one of our encapsulation systems. This system involves sealing off the crawl space and turning it into a regulated, dry environment completely separate from the outside. A large part of this process is our CleanSpace Liner. This liner isn't just laid in the crawl space, it is secured to the floor, walls, and supports of the crawl space, and its much higher durability sets it apart from your standard vapor barrier. To tackle the cracks present, our Production Team first applied NexusPro Joint Sealant. This admired sealant is built to outperform traditional polyurethane caulking, ensuring a lasting solution and preserving the concrete’s appearance without succumbing to the Mississippi sun or freezing temperatures. Concurrently, we tackled the drive's settlement issue with our PolyLevel system. Small, unobtrusive pea-sized holes were strategically drilled to inject high-strength polyurethane foam beneath the slab. This foam effectively expanded as it cured, lifting, leveling, and stabilizing the driveway back to its intended plane. On completion, not only was the driveway rejuvenated in form and function but our team ensured the area was impeccably cleaned, leaving the homeowner with peace of mind and a driveway that endures.
