While our first priority when it comes to foundation repair is to stabilize the home, our talented crews are sometimes able to achieve some lift as well. Here's a great example of a home we were able to lift and what that can do for large, unsightly exterior cracks!

This homeowner was preparing to sell their home and wanted to address the crawlspace before putting it on the market. Ben and his crew completed a full crawlspace encapsulation, creating a cleaner, more protected space underneath the home. 

Now, the homeowners can have greater peace of mind knowing they've taken care of an important part of the home before passing it on to its next owners. 

We were able to make a major difference on this crawl space that was littered with moist, fallen insulation and a variety of other crawl space issues. The crawl space being left in this condition for so long lead to a sagging in their floors that they didn't want to see get any worse, and that is where we came in! They decided to move forward with the suggestion of an encapsulation system that we left them a free estimate for, and shortly after we sent one of our crews out to put it all together. The underside of the home was clean, wet insulation was removed, we sealed up the crawl space and put in multiple products including our CleanSpace Liner, dehumidifier, and sump pump system. You can now barely tell it is the same crawl space!
