When we arrived at the Sumrall, MS home, the unprotected crawl space was allowing moisture to wreak havoc on the floors, as you can see in the before photo. Notice how damp and unfavorable the conditions were. We stepped in with a solid solution: installing Drainage Matting, CleanSpace, and our reliable TripleSafe Sump Pump. This custom approach transformed the space and safeguarded the home. You can see the remarkable improvement in the after photos. Neatly enclosed with CleanSpace, the crawl space now provides a durable and moisture-resistant foundation.

These two images display what a concrete crack filled with our NexusPro sealant looks like. Moisture is no longer able to find its way through this crack and cause further erosion and damage to the concrete. The flexibility and UV-resistance found in NexusPro will make sure it stays this way.

We were able to make a major difference on this crawl space that was littered with moist, fallen insulation and a variety of other crawl space issues. The crawl space being left in this condition for so long lead to a sagging in their floors that they didn't want to see get any worse, and that is where we came in! They decided to move forward with the suggestion of an encapsulation system that we left them a free estimate for, and shortly after we sent one of our crews out to put it all together. The underside of the home was clean, wet insulation was removed, we sealed up the crawl space and put in multiple products including our CleanSpace Liner, dehumidifier, and sump pump system. You can now barely tell it is the same crawl space!
