This large crawlspace in Diamondhead was having water seepage and moisture problems. Henry Bennett designed a custom proposal and system to meet their needs and our crew got it installed. It's complete with a sump pump, dehumidifier, waterproof vapor barrier, and wall liner to keep the crawlspace dry.

This home in New Augusta called us about their leaky basement. We installed our Basement Systems' WaterGuard® system where we install a perimeter drain around the basement that drains into the sump pump. Complete with a dehumidifier and our BrightWall® waterproofing wall liner that leads the moisture into the WaterGuard system. Then, our pump automatically removes the water from the basement and transfers it away from the house.

 This crawlspace was a bit more than just damp, and all the excess moisture and humidity had started causing some real issues with his floors. More and more weak spots appeared in his floors and the creaking started driving him crazy, so he decided to reach out to us. Flash forward, and now his floors are stabilized and locked in place with our SmartJack System.  The creaks and squeaks have since been taken care of, and his home feels safer than ever.

These two photos come from the same crawl space and showcase just how big of a difference our crawl space encapsulation system can make on the underside of the home. They reached out to us with concern for their floors that had started to feel soft and sink. Taking a look under their home, it was easy to tell that the source of this problem was crawl space moisture. Not only was it affecting the floors, but it had allowed some mold to thrive under the home as well. In order to combat this, we installed our full encapsulation system, including the CleanSpace Liner you can see in the after image, and our crawl space dehumidifier and sump pump system. With the moisture and humidity contained, mold cannot thrive and the floors will be more protected than ever!
