This home's crawlspace was filled with moisture, causing the oak floors to buckle. This was a father calling our company and trusting us to complete the work on his daughter's home. 

We encapsulated the space and made it so the crawlspace would dry out in hopes of the floors settling back down. Either way, this won't happen again with our system in place and will maintain a clean environment from here on out.

Crawl Space moisture had been a problem for these homeowners for many years. They previously tried taking care of the problem with a basic vapor barrier, but the results they were promised never came to be. The liner started pulling up from the floor, breaking apart in some areas, and still let moisture come through and affect the floors. Ground water and seepage of any kind is blocked and directed to a sump pump, also now found in this crawl space. We're very happy with the work our team was able to put together, and even happier to know that these homeowners finally can get some relief from this long-lasting issue.
