Here is an excellent before and after set taken by our even more excellent concrete crew! Not only does it look cleaner, even like new, this sidewalk is also now more protected than ever. Every crack and joint has been sealed with our NexusPro system. Nexus is a high quality crack sealant, made to be durable, yet flexible, and highly resistant to harsh weather and UV. This will help prevent separation and settlement, as there are now way less ways for water to find its way under the slab and cause erosion. 

This crumbling away section of concrete walkway was saved from needing replacement by our concrete foreman, Brian, and his talented crew! 

This homeowner began to notice varying voids around their home, including ones that were unfortunately formed underneath some concrete pads. As more moisture eroded more soil, the concrete began to crack, separate, and eventually sink. To restore this slab, our concrete specialists brought the PolyLevel and NexusPro systems. PolyLevel involves using injected PolyFoam to fill up the voids, harden, and create a new support. By determining and using the exact amount needed, our concrete crew can bring the slab back up to original level. To prevent further erosion, gaps and cracks are filled in with NexusPro. This is high-quality crack sealant designed to continue acting as a shield against several problematic factors, such as harsh weather or UV rays. This slab has been restored and will hold strong for many years to come!
