This crumbling away section of concrete walkway was saved from needing replacement by our concrete foreman, Brian, and his talented crew! 

This homeowner began to notice varying voids around their home, including ones that were unfortunately formed underneath some concrete pads. As more moisture eroded more soil, the concrete began to crack, separate, and eventually sink. We come across this issue a lot, in driveways, sidewalks, patios, and more, but fortunately we are able to provide the best solution. To restore this slab, our concrete specialists brought the PolyLevel and NexusPro systems. PolyLevel involves using injected PolyFoam to fill up the voids, harden, and create a new support. By determining and using the exact amount needed, our concrete crew can bring the slab back up to original level. To prevent further erosion, gaps and cracks are filled in with NexusPro. This is high-quality crack sealant designed to continue acting as a shield against several problematic factors, such as harsh weather or UV rays. This customer in downtown Brandon called because his driveway and sidewalk leading up to his front door was cracking and sinking. So, he needed driveway repair and sidewalk repair.
