Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

Here is one of the several badly cracked areas of this homeowner's driveways. These cracks had left entrances for moisture to find its way under the slab and erode soil, a problem we've come across many times. This usually results in sunken concrete, but fortunately these homeowners reached out before things had gotten that bad. By sealing these cracks with NexusPro, our strong yet flexible sealant, we can make sure it never gets to that point. NexusPro is highly resistant to weather and UV, so no matter how hard the sun or rain hits it, this driveway will stay covered!

This walkway leading up to this homeowner's door had sunken due to erosion. Not only that, it allowed more water to come through and create a large, eroded void that could be easily seen while walking up to the door. Not only was this unsightly, it could be very dangerous. Using two of our products, PolyFoam and NexusPro, we were able to fill that void, level out the walkway, and seal up all those cracks. The PolyFoam is injected under the slab to fill the void and act as a strong support, while the NexusPro is used as a sealant and barrier for any cracks. Sealing these are extremely important, if left unattended, water will still have a way to find its way back under the slab and cause more erosion. Check out the insane difference our concrete team was able to make on this driveway! All throughout, in many spots even beyond this one, problematic cracking and sinking was occurring on this slab. It wasn't just unsightly, the settlement had started to make it dangerous. After a quick visit from one of our design specialists, a plan was put in place to redeem this driveway. Using PolyFoam and NexusPro, our team was able to not only seal the cracks/protect against further cracking, they were also able to level the driveway back out. That annoying bump everytime they pulled into their driveway, or that dangerous tripping hazard, is no longer a worry for these homeowners!

The previously sunken area of this pool deck has now been raised back up and all surrounding cracks have been protected and sealed to ensure erosion and voids are no longer a problem. Using polyfoam, the slab was quickly restored to its original position without the mess that may come with mudjacking. The NexusPro that currently seals the cracks is flexible and UV-resistant, making it ready for any weather conditions.
