In the before photo, notice the erosion under the concrete back patio in Pearl, MS, leaving a noticeable void. This uneven slab not only looked alarming but was a safety concern for the homeowners. As you can see in the after photo, our team at Midsouth Crawlspace Solutions transformed this problem area using the PolyLevel system. This innovative solution stabilizes, lifts, and levels the concrete by injecting high-strength polyurethane foam beneath it. Our effective approach ensures long-lasting stability and peace of mind for homeowners facing similar issues with their concrete surfaces.

This homeowner called because his driveway was riddled with cracks, and he was aware of the potential problems this could bring. We sent one of our design specialists out, Matt, to inspect the driveway and create a plan. The main component in this plan is our NexusPro system, a sealant that is flexible, yet durable and perfect for situations just like this. Sealing the cracks and joints with NexusPro creates a strong UV and weather-resistant barrier, meaning that no matter how hard it might rain, moisture cannot find its way in.
