Cracks and unsealed joints on this driveway left openings for moisture to seep in underneath and cause problems. In this case it was caught before it got too bad, but if left like this for an extended period of time, erosion under the slab could leave large voids that lead to larger issues. To prevent problems like settlement, we use our high-quality concrete sealant, NexusPro, to created a long lasting barrier against moisture, UV, and other rough weather conditions. For any voids that may have been created, we use our expanding PolyFoam to fill in those gaps and strengthen the surrounding soil. The end result is a protected and level driveway, like this one!

Here is the before and after of a large gap our concrete crew took care of on this homeowner's driveway. While this one spot in particular is pretty impressive, we actually sealed up many cracks across this driveway, and was able to level it out as well! Two different products are used for this, one being PolyFoam, a foam that quickly expands to fill in voids. The cracking and shifting in this driveway was slowly spreading and getting worse. Not long ago the small crack wasn't a big deal, but now it had become quite noticeable, and in the near future it could have become a very expensive problem.
