Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner called because his driveway was riddled with cracks, and he was aware of the potential problems this could bring. Cracks leave openings fore water and moisture to slip into and beneath the slab. If this continues for too long, serious erosion can occur, which can lead to settlement and broken concrete. We sent one of our design specialists out, Matt, to inspect the driveway and create a plan. The main component in this plan is our NexusPro system, a sealant that is flexible, yet durable and perfect for situations just like this. Sealing the cracks and joints with NexusPro creates a strong UV and weather-resistant barrier, meaning that no matter how hard it might rain, moisture cannot find its way in. We have solutions for sunken concrete as well, but luckily we were able to get out before it got to that point!

Here is the before and after of a large gap our concrete crew took care of on this homeowner's driveway. While this one spot in particular is pretty impressive, we actually sealed up many cracks across this driveway, and was able to level it out as well! Two different products are used for this, one being PolyFoam, a foam that quickly expands to fill in voids. The other is NexusPro, a high-quality, flexible sealant that we used to seal up cracks across all sorts of concrete slabs. You can see some of our product in action in the images below!

Our concrete crew was able to help restore and prevent further damage to this driveway. Years of cracking and separation left many entrances for moisture to seep underneath the slab. This issue is something you very much want to avoid, as this moisture seepage can lead to erosion and settlement of the slab. As you can see in the before and after images, we are able to help stop this by sealing every problematic spot, even the joints and some of the cracks you may not have noticed! This is done with NexusPro, our high quality crack sealant. Its made to be highly resistant to UV and harsh weather conditions, so it'll hold up no matter how bad it gets outside their home. The cracking and shifting in this driveway was slowly spreading and getting worse. Not long ago the small crack wasn't a big deal, but now it had become quite noticeable, and in the near future it could have become a very expensive problem. Fortunately, we were called out in time to make sure this driveway wouldn't need any costly replacement.
