Concrete Repair Before & After Photos

Our concrete crew was able to help restore and prevent further damage to this driveway. Years of cracking and separation left many entrances for moisture to seep underneath the slab. This issue is something you very much want to avoid, as this moisture seepage can lead to erosion and settlement of the slab. As you can see in the before and after images, we are able to help stop this by sealing every problematic spot, even the joints and some of the cracks you may not have noticed! This is done with NexusPro, our high quality crack sealant. Its made to be highly resistant to UV and harsh weather conditions, so it'll hold up no matter how bad it gets outside their home. The cracking and shifting in this driveway was slowly spreading and getting worse. Not long ago the small crack wasn't a big deal, but now it had become quite noticeable, and in the near future it could have become a very expensive problem. Fortunately, we were called out in time to make sure this driveway wouldn't need any costly replacement. Using our PolyLevel System, featuring a rapidly expanding poly foam, we were able to fill in the voids underneath the slab and level out the two separated sections of the driveway. Here is one of the several badly cracked areas of this homeowner's driveways. This walkway leading up to this homeowner's door had sunken due to erosion. Not only that, it allowed more water to come through and create a large, eroded void that could be easily seen while walking up to the door. Not only was this unsightly, it could be very dangerous. Using two of our products, PolyFoam and NexusPro, we were able to fill that void, level out the walkway, and seal up all those cracks. The PolyFoam is injected under the slab to fill the void and act as a strong support, while the NexusPro is used as a sealant and barrier for any cracks. Sealing these are extremely important, if left unattended, water will still have a way to find its way back under the slab and cause more erosion.
