Water Intrusion in Kosciusko MS Crawl Space

This home was experiencing water intrusion in the crawlspace, causing pooling in a corner under the home. It was constantly damp leaving musty smells and frustrated homeowners. 

Not only do we install our exclusive CleanSpace liner in every crawlspace we encapsulate, but we preface it with drainage matting underneath. Drainage matting prevents abrasion holes in the CleanSpace liner, provides a drainage space, and the airspace is a thermal break between the cold earth and the CleanSpace. This break raises the temperature of the liner more towards the indoor temperature, not the earth temperature, meaning it keeps the crawlspace very close to the temperature inside your home.
