Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Everywhere you looked in this crawlspace, puddles of muddy water could be found. Letting this water just sit here would mean a HIGH risk of this crawlspace and the rest of the home being affected by moisture damage. From now on, water that finds its way into this crawlspace will be led outside and away from the crawlspace, thanks to our crawlspace sump pump. This works together with our drainage matting, which is placed under the white CleanSpace Vapor Barrier you see placed all along the crawlspace.

This old commercial building in Ocean Springs, MS, was suffering from the results of crawl space moisture, something that can unfortunately cause problems in any home or building that is raised off the ground. They reached out to us looking for the best solutions to combat this, and fortunately we have a whole team expertly trained in the ins and outs of crawl spaces and their various issues. We sent out one of our design specialists, Scottie, who crawled the entire underside and created a detailed estimate and a plan. It was then one of our highly trained crews, led by David, who went out to the home and actually put everything into place. Now, this building is fitted with our CleanSpace Liner, a crawl space dehumidifier, and a sump pump system that'll make sure moisture has no way of making any more lasting damage. Here is a look at a crawlspace that we tackled in Moss Point, Mississippi. One of our crews, led by our foreman, David, neatly laid down a durable Cleanspace Liner on the floor of the crawlspace and wrapped it up the supports of the crawlspace. This isn't just a fresh new look, it is a serious protection against moisture seepage and intrusion.
