This home was planned to be used as a rental, but that would not be possible as long as the smell from the crawl space persisted. Moisture and mold issues had gotten bad enough that it was noticeable from inside the home, and something on the underside would need to be done. That is where our encapsulation system comes in. By sealing off the crawl space and encapsulating it, we can create a regulated environment that is constantly protecting itself against all forms of moisture. Our CleanSpace Liner blocks out water intrusion, our crawl space dehumidifier regulates humidity, and our sump pump system sends collected water far from the inside. These combined solutions leaves a dry area, one where mold cannot thrive and smells do not have to be worry. We're very glad we could offer our help to the owner and the many residents that can now safely stay inside.

The edges and surrounding slab around this pool was suffering a bad cracking problem. In some corners, pieces of concrete were trying to break off, leaving behind a dangerous tripping hazard around the water. To remedy this, one of our design specialists, an expert in concrete repair, created a plan involving our PolyLevel and NexusPro systems. The PolyLevel system uses our expanding PolyFoam, perfect for filling in eroded voids under concrete slabs. This will fill in any gaps, strengthen the surrounding area, and re-level what is needed. To help prevent further voids and settlement, the current cracks and joints were sealed with NexusPro. This high quality crack sealant is durable and moisture/weather resistant, perfect for an outdoor area right next to a body of water. This area should be safer than ever!

Michael's crew cleaned and dried out this Ridgeland crawlspace before encapsulating it and installing a waterproofing system to permanently keep water and moisture out. We also treated the mold with our Mold-X2 and the results are awesome! Check out the wood on the far right side.

This 3 foot tall crawlspace was holding moisture and standing water causing hard wood floors to buckle inside the home. The homeowner was googling solutions and found our company. You can see the previous attempts by the homeowner to deal with this large crack in this concrete sidewalk. Fortunately, he eventually found our company and we were able to provide a permanent solution. Our NexusPro system will keep water from entering the crack and causing settlement problems for a long time to come, due to its flexibility and UV-resistance.
