These homeowners reached out to us with a variety of different moisture and foundation issues that we were able to help them with, but we are always particularly proud of the difference our encapsulation system makes in crawl spaces. There is obviously a huge visual difference, the mess has been taken care of and the moist, exposed soil is now covered with our CleanSpace Liner. But this goes much further than visuals! The CleanSpace Liner is much more durable than your average vapor barrier and works in tandem with our crawl space dehumidifier and sump pump system to block moisture from all angles. This system combined with the foundation work our talented crews also installed, means this home is safer and more secure than it has ever been.

This customer reached out to us concerned with the increasing amount of cracks on their concrete pool patio. The immediate threat of these cracks is tripping hazards, but left alone for much longer, and settlement of the slab could occur. Water finding its way through these cracks could cause erosion under the patio, creating voids that could sink affected areas. In the second image, you can see our solution to this potential problem: NexusPro. The cracks and joints all around this patio have been sealed with Nexus, a durable crack sealant that is resistant to harsh weather and UV. Eliminating this entrance for moisture puts this entire area in a much safer condition. Come summer time, everyone can swim safely!

This homeowner had inherited their grandmother's home. With this inheritance came problems with buckling floors, mold, and rotting joists. Luckily they called us! We were able to come in to service a mold treatment and encapsulate the crawlspace so that the problems were no longer a nightmare!

This customer called us because they were having problems with their floors buckling. Buckling floors can occur from excessive moisture in the crawlspace. This can lead to unsightly floors as well as tripping hazards. We were able to encapsulate the crawlspace and help their floors lay back down. 

The older and mostly useless vapor barrier has been removed, and has now been replaced with out durable CleanSpace Liner! It makes a world of a difference in aesthetics and effectiveness.
