In Summit, MS, a homeowner contacted us for a concrete repair job due to noticeable cracks and separation in their driveway before further damage occurred. Thanks to our team at Midsouth Crawlspace Solutions, the problem was successfully addressed using our advanced technology, PolyLevel and NexusPro systems. PolyLevel's high-strength foam lifted and stabilized the needed section, as you can see in the after photo. Notice how NexusPro has meticulously sealed the surrounding cracks, preventing future settlement and damage, and maintaining the driveway as a whole.
Unfortunately, this homeowner's crawlspace was struggling with moisture so badly he had to replace his subfloors due to rot. He gave us a call to make sure his new wood didn't rot again. The vented crawlspace was allowing moisture to constantly be brought in. He also had plastic sheeting laying on the ground, trapping moisture under it. Without creating a moisture barrier, plastic will do more harm than good. Our CleanSpace liner is similar to a pool liner in durability and thickness.
We used this product to seal off the crawlspace from the outside after sealing off the vents. We also installed a pump and dehumidifier to make sure nothing gets built up and stays at safe levels. We left with a happy customer!

This customer had insulation in their crawlspace in an attempt to keep the home warm. This caused more issues than just cold floors though. The insulation attracted water, keeping the moisture close to the floors which caused mold and rotting on the floors. We removed the insulation, sprayed a mold removal, and then encapsulated the crawlspace. This corrected the cold floor issue, took care of the mold, and then created a controllable environment where rot cannot take place.
Waterfront property on Lake Leman in Madison, MS. This customer contacted us to encapsulate the crawlspace of a new addition that was around 675 sq ft. Its always good to catch it on the front side, to keep moisture issues from occurring in the future.
