Tearing out that old insulation and that thin liner and replacing it with our encapsulation system has made a world of a difference for this crawlspace! Aesthetically, and protection-wise!

This driveway had several elongated cracks stretching across the entire driveway, slowly widening and becoming more harmful for the slab. These cracks leave open entrances for water to seep in and cause erosion, voids, settlement, and more. To prevent this, we used our quality crack sealant, NexusPro, to completely seal these cracks and leave no opening exposed. NexusPro is made to be resilient against harsh weather conditions and UV rays, making sure it'll hold strong for man years and pull-ins to this driveway to come.

Check out the amazing transformation in these images! This once messy and wet crawl space now shines with our CleanSpace Liner. The visual difference isn't the only one, this crawl space is also now MUCH more protected against moisture and its possible consequences. Ground water intrusion and seepage from the walls is handled with the liner, while our crawl space dehumidifier and sump pump system tackle humidity and the redirection of collected water. All of this offers protection against moisture damage in the home's floors, and for the overall stability and safety of the home.

Through the power of NexusPro, PolyFoam, and our extremely talented concrete crew, we were able to restore this scary section of a driveway. Large cracks formed, areas were beginning to sink, and gaps were forming at the joints. The issues were slowly getting worse and they needed a solution. NexusPro is a durable and weather resistant sealant that we used to fill in the joints and cracks, acting as a barrier against rough weather conditions and the moisture intrusion that contributed so much to these problems in the first place. The PolyLevel system is how we raised up the sunken section of concrete. The expanding foam is injected through small drilled holes, filling in any voids and acting as support for the surrounding soil. The driveway is back in its correct position and more protected than ever. Great job team!

These new homeowners had inherited this home from their father and wanted to make sure it was kept in safe condition for many years to come. Previously, there was an attempt to help keep the underside of the home safe from moisture with a basic vapor barrier. Despite this, the floors had still been affected and buckled from crawl space moisture over the years. This wasn't much of a surprise, as we found the old barrier and the rest of the crawl space in pretty rough condition. The second image is a pretty striking difference, thanks to our replacement, the CleanSpace Liner. It is much more durable and it covers much more of the space below. This was also paired with several more of our crawl space products, including a crawl space dehumidifier and sump pump system.
