This 15 year old driveway was having large cracks grow throughout the concrete. Not only are the cracks unattractive, they give water a way to get under the concrete. This causes washout which can lead to further damage. Fixing cracks is easy and fast with our exclusive sealant product called NexusPro. This homeowner was looking for driveway crack repair for their beautiful home in Madison. The home and landscaping were stunning, but the cracks in the driveway were an eyesore and bringing the curb appeal down. 

We found that some of the driveway had sunken in a couple inches from soil erosion, causing the cracks to form. Without taking the time to fix WHY the cracks were there in the first place, we would have just been putting a temporary bandaid over the problem. To start the project, we injected PolyLevel foam under the sinking concrete to fill the void and raise the driveway up to a level position. Our foam is quick and durable. Once the concrete is level on all sides, we use NexusPro, our silicone sealant, to seal up the cracks for good. 

Thanks to the power of our products - PolyLevel and NexusPro, AND the hard work of our concrete crew, this driveway is now sitting at original level and is sealed to prevent water from flowing into the cracks and causing any further damage.

Tearing out that old insulation and that thin liner and replacing it with our encapsulation system has made a world of a difference for this crawlspace! Aesthetically, and protection-wise!
