Ransom Ford

Ransom joined our team in 2022 and now serves as our Production Manager. Throughout his time at MidSouth, he has worked in sales, production, and as a Field Supervisor — giving him a well-rounded understanding of our process from the first appointment to the final installation. That experience allows him to lead our production team with clarity, accountability, and a deep respect for the work happening in the field every day.

With over seven years of construction experience, much of it focused on concrete, Ransom brings both technical knowledge and strong leadership to his role. He is committed to supporting our crews, improving processes, and ensuring every homeowner receives the high standard of service we’re known for. His positive energy and ability to connect with people make him a natural leader that both our team and our customers trust.

Ransom lives in Star, MS with his wife, Olivia, and their daughter, Adelyn. He also serves as a youth leader at his church. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, basketball, and pickleball — and most of all, spending time with people, something he gets to do every day at MidSouth.
