Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Many people look to standard vapor barriers as a cheap and quick fix to the moisture problems under their homes. This very tall crawlspace was struggling with water leaking in and getting trapped. It was causing mold and mildew to build up. Trapped moisture under this home was causing a multitude of issues including rotten floor joists and rotten subflooring. It was creating musty smells that were lingering inside the home, and creating a breeding ground for mold to grow. Design Specialist, Corey Becker, performed the inspection and proposed our custom solution of crawlspace encapsulation with a sump pump and dehumidification. We were able to install this job within a couple weeks after the inspection and left with a happy customer! Their crawlspace is now dry and healthy and will stay that way for the life of the home. 

This customer had insulation in their crawlspace that was causing mold to form. We came in, cleaned out the insulation, cleaned the mold, then put in our encapsulation system to help dry everything out and keep the mold from coming back!
