Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

It is hard to believe that these two images were taken inside the same crawl space. It once contained moisture, fallen insulation, and trash, but now all of that has been replaced by our Encapsulation System! Visually the difference is striking, but even more important, the level of moisture control is much different as well. Our CleanSpace Liner is covering the ground, supports, and walls of the crawl space to act as a barrier against moisture, while our crawl space dehumidifier and sump pump system are in place to regulate humidity and send away collected water. We're proud of the difference our team was able to make!

This dental clinic in Laurel, MS was sitting on top of a crawlspace filled with moisture and mold. Obviously, this isn't good since most of the air we breathe inside travels up from the under the structure. Our team was able to go out and do a full inspection of the crawlspace. We were able to show the owner our encapsulation process and how it fixes their issue. They liked our system and felt it would suit their needs. We removed the debris that filled the crawlspace and installed our waterproofing system. We left with a happy customer!

The original vapor barrier wasn't able to do its job of acting as a barrier between the moist dirt and crawlspace itself. You can see where it has pulled away from the edges and begun deteriorating. Our Cleanspace Liner on the otherhand, is fastened securely to both the walls and floor of the crawlspace, making ground water seepage impossible.

These two images showcase many positive differences that came about in this crawl space through our company. A previous attempt had been made to take care of the underside's moisture problems with a standard vapor barrier, but as you can see, it has shifted, pulled away, and left many exposed areas of the crawl space floor. To replace this, we put in our CleanSpace Liner. As you can see, this new upgrade is fastened to not only the crawl space floor, but the walls and supports of the crawl space as well. The underside of the home now has a dehumidification and sump pump system installed, offering even more protection against moisture from different sources. Finally, you can see our SmartJacks, permanent and durable jacks perfect for supporting the floors that unfortunately faced some damage from the moisture. Combined, this crawl space has never been a safer condition!

This crawlspace in Ovett, Mississippi looks much nicer now that our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier is covering the exposed dirt and all the now no-longer needed insulation has been removed.
