Moisture in the crawlspace was causing this 1400 square foot home to experience severe musty smells and growing fungi. We sealed off all the vents to the outside, installed a sump pump in the ground to catch the ground water, and totally encapsulated the crawlspace, keeping it safe from moisture and humidity. Finally, we added a dehumidifier that connects to the pump to regulate the air quality.
