Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

This home in central Mississippi was having issues with moisture buildup in the crawl space. They had a 6 mil plastic liner on the ground, but it was not helping with any of the moisture. The sub floors of his home were completely rotted out and had to be replaced. He saw one of our trucks on the road one day and gave us a call to see if we could help fix his crawl space. Our solutions for under the home are proven to work and we created a proposal for him to look over. We have great resources that explain why moisture builds up in the first place and how our solutions combat that. We were able to install our encapsulation system under his home and remove the old, nasty plastic that was lining the crawl space. Now, his crawl space is dry, clean, and protected. We left with a happy customer!

Here is a before and after showcasing a major crawlspace transformation for one of our customers. The removal of that old, wet insulation and the introduction of crawlspace dehumidifier will do wonders for their floors and the safety of their home. This crawlspace was originally inspected and quoted by one of our design specialists, Corey, and it was turned into a clean, dry space by our crew foreman, Michael, and his wonderful team!

This access door was installed on a crawlspace we encapsulated in Madison, MS on Lake Leman. 

This homeowner reached out to us and explained that they were dealing with freezing cold floors in the winter. We sent one of our design specialists, Corey, out to take a look for her and see what could be done. He found that the underside of the home had exposed openings to the outside, wasn't insulated, and had no form of moisture-proofing. If left in this state, cold floors would not be the only problem, moisture and humidity could start to buckle the floors. Corey designed a plan to encapsulate the crawl space, which included sealing off the space, and adding several moisture-proofing products, including our CleanSpace Liner and a dehumidifier. By conditioning this space, we were not only able to affect the temperatures of the floors, but save them from future moisture problems as well. Take a look at the difference in the included photos!

This homeowner called us as they were having moisture issues in their home. We came out to the home and addressed their concerns. We sprayed MoldX2 to remove the mold and installed the CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation System.

This system will create an environment that can be controlled to make sure that mold will not grow and keep moisture levels to a minimum. This homeowner is now happy that they no longer have to worry about moisture issues in their crawlspace and will have a healthier, happier home.
