Rick has been with our company for about a year, and has recently transitioned into the role of Sales Manager. He has excellent experience in construction, management, and sales, so this role is great fit! His favorite things about working here are, “The culture, amazing co-workers, and helping customers in need.” His most used productivity hack is “Setting a strategy: Where I am now, where I want to be, and make the most productive path to get there.”
Rick works here at MidSouth full-time, but he and his wife own several businesses in Florence and are very active in the community. They have a precious son named Manning, who is the cutest little thing you’ve ever seen. During his free time, Rick enjoys golfing, playing softball, hunting, spending time with his family, and being involved in his church.
